as of last week, we are finally a proud owner of.... a plot of land in japan! wohooo!
now, we need to build our dream house... so many things to decide. from what kind of flooring to what kind of door knobs, there are soooo many things to decide. i've been studying/reading lots of housing magazines but i still can't figure out or imagine how i want my house to be like....

Yiippppeeee!!! I remember we were talking about it when we visited you in 1999...10 years ago...and you had been looking before then! Where is it located in relation to where you are now? Do you have a layout of the house designed already? Is it in a new development? will the yu's have to move to a different school? do you have pictures of the land? :) (sorry for all the questions...I'm so excited for you guys!)
I just remembered it was actually 2001 (not 1999) when we stayed with you...that was such a ***special*** trip! (But I think I'm getting old because my memory is going!)

angelina: thanx for rejoicing with me! yes, we've been looking for a house for more than 10 years!!! it's too bad that my kids are so much older and we don't get to enjoy writing their growth chart on the wall of the house but still, we are excited to finally have our own place. the place is not too far from where we are living now. we are in the finalizing stage of the layout. the school-wise, it's a different district but my kids are totally fine with it (they say).
