so.... i made m&m and lemon cookies. the batch were supposed to make about 48 servings each. then i realized that the size of my microwave/oven only would not let me make it all at once. i can only put one tray at a time. i have to wait for the first tray to bake... then switch to bake another tray...so on and so on. i guess the impatience got me and i end up making huge 9 cookies in one tray instead of small little ones which would take forever. oh how i wish i have those huge american sized oven! then i would have finished baking them all in 10 min... but yesterday, it took me about one hour to finish! sigh. no wonder i haven't baked cookies for a long while.
but i guess baking is fun... it's yummy too. the recipe m&m cookies called for 1 cup of shortening... that was a bit too much for my taste though. gotta cut it down next time.... if there's a next time...
