First, my daughter took her entrance exams for Jr. High aaaaand, Passed! Thank you God that the cram school is finally over! (She's going on to Jr. High in April!)
Since she's done with after school cram school, she's been enjoying time with her friends.
She had friends come over to make Valentine's chocolates. She also has been inviting her friends to go to church with her which has been encouraging me to do just the same.
For me, I've been enjoying the joy and beauty of flowers. This orchid has been in bloom ever since November! I love it! I see that my tulips in the backyard I've planted last year have stuck up their heads. Besides the heavy hay fever forecasted, I'm so ready for spring.
As for my son, he's been tired and sleepy. I guess it's the growing spurt season for him and that he tries to sleep whenever he can. He comes home and just drops on the couch. Funny how our dogs still loves to rest their heads on his butt.
My husband had got this new leash for them. It gives them an electric shock whenever they bark. It's been working so well. They don't bark as much when the door bell rings.
Can you imagine what would happen if God had put electric shock on our necks and whenever we sin, it slightly shocks us? How much less sin I would commit in a day. But since we are sinners, we may be constantly be in shock! Thank God that He has sent His Holy Spirit to guide us into repentance and not shock us!
