my weakness

another weakness that i have besides buying limited editions is that i am such a sucker when it comes to wanting to buy things that i see advertised on tv commercials. especially the japanese commercials are short and get right to the point. sometimes it's ridiculously funny and many of them sing in their commercials and makes you subconsciously remember their product by their melodies. in the past, i have bought things like keshimin where it "supposed" to erase my freckles and spots. well, they are no near being gone but i still use it, hoping that it would at least prevent more from appearing.

lately, there has been new commercials about how to fight off mosquitoes, cockroaches, and small flies. (very seasonally appropriate)

here's a commercial about keeping mosquitos away and it can be safely used for houses with dogs and cats. the little white toy poodle is in the corner and gets the message across very clearly.
growing up, my family used to have a pet parakeet named take-chan (named after my dad). but it died after we used the mosquito killer fumes in the house in summer. i am so glad they came out with the mosquito killers that won't also kill pets. this, i will definitely buy...

once again, the commercial is funny where they sing really off on purpose. but the message is clearly simple and clear... and very effective. it got me wanting to try it! since it's got much warmer, i know little flies are going to be attracted to our trashcans.

maybe i should stay away from watching too much tv commercials so i won't want things...
