kick-base and volleyball tournament

okay, it seems like i've been posting only about dogs lately so here's about my kiddos.


after weeks of practices, today was their annual sports tournament held at yus' school. the gals competed in volleyball and the guys competed in a game called kick-base. kick-base is a mixture of baseball and soccer where the pitcher throws the ball and the "batter" kicks the ball and runs to 1st base... and so on.

the girls didn't get to go on the semifinals but they performed so much better than all the practices combined! i am so proud of them!

the guys did extremely well and got to go on to the finals and took 2nd place! all the coaches didn't think they would go that far cuz they rarely got to practice due to rain. i am especially proud of my son who "kicked" homerun with bases loaded! way to go!


we celebrated yus' great job with yakiniku for dinner. yummmmm.
