having so much fun!

For one of my son's school homework, he had to write a report about a museum. Out of many museum lists that he can choose from, he wanted to go to this one:

It's a collection of visual deception art and it happened to be it's last day of exhibition. Whew, good timing! There were works by M.C. Escher:
Waterfall

What I like the most was seeing the actual work by Patrick Hughes:
Sea City

This 3D art piece takes your breath away! When you walk by, the picture follows your sight. No matter whether you go up or down or to the side, it moves along with you. I have seen it on tv shows but it was great to see the actual thing!

We also have gone all the way to Odaiba (our second time ever) to see the real size 18 meter high Gundam. I can't believe they built this just to be displayed for this summer only. Too bad that when my bro and friends come to japan in Sept, it will be gone. Every hour, its head moves and lights up. My kids were like... "that's it?" Were they expecting for it to fly? hahaha. It would be really something if it DOES move freely. Actually, we'll be squished... scary.

then we went to see:

It was just amazing to see the jugglers with fire, high tight rope walkers, etc etc... what's more amazing is that while my palms were sweating as I watched them do the stunts, my son fell asleep during the climax!!!
Since this theater is built by Disney and is right next to the TDL, you can hear the jungle cruise right behind the trees. My daughter reaaaaaly wanted to just go in there and just ride one ride before going home! hahaha.

As we are having our summer fun, the constructors are working hard in summer hotness, humidity, and thunder showers. Thanks to them, our house is under its way...
